Support Corey's Family in Their Time of Loss

Hi everyone. My name is Shawna Smith. I am one of Corey’s many siblings. It breaks my heart to be here today and write this. Corey passed away yesterday (10/01/24) of natural causes.

He had just turned 36 last month (09/18/88)

To know Corey was a blessing. He was a metal loving, lord of the ring fanatic, book worm, dictionary, conspiracy theory, video game playing, ray of sunshine. His smile would light up any room. He gave the biggest and bestest (yes I said bestest) hugs. The best big brother any of us could possibly ever ask for.

His family (Becky (mom), Paul (dad), Jerry (step dad), Lana (step mom), Cory (brother), Sharayah (sister), Derek (brother), Tim (brother), Julia (sister), Shawna (sister), Leah (sister), and niece and nephews Everlee, Ronnie, A’Shawn, and Ophelia, are grieving the loss of the most amazing man. We humbly ask for any support or financial support during this time as we prepare to put him to rest.

The service for Corey will be Thursday October 10th at Riverdale Church in Andover. The service will start at 2pm. Family viewing will be from 12-1 exclusively to his immediate family, public viewing will be from 1-2.
