Help me get out of my abusive parents house

Hello, my name is Eden and I'm 18y old, I am currently living at my parents' house (which I never felt safe inside). Since I was a kid, I suffered from constant physical and emotional abuse (specially from my mother who I and sometimes even my friends agree that she might be narcissistic due to her behaviors).

I'm currently studying at uni but I literally just started it September of this year. I can't endure much abuse and I'm trying to get all the money I got to be ready to get out of here once I make that decision.

I also have a younger brother and a dog who I very much fear to leave them alone with my parents due to the same reasons. Since I'm the oldest, I was basically the one to parent my brother often. I know I can call the police on them but I really don't wish the child protective services to put my brother elsewhere like in an orphanage or something else.
