Currently, Elizabeth is in a rehab center in Milwaukee WI focusing on gaining back function and independence. She is progressing extremely well. We are hoping that with continued therapy she is able to build back a lot of what she has lost. Please see posted updates for more detailed information!

Original Post:

Right now she is in the hospital for care of an an intracranial brain mass that bled. The future at this point is filled with fear of the unknown. We will keep everyone updated as we go.

The impact of your support:

Your support will help with medical bills, living expenses, and any and all unexpected costs that may come her way in the years to come. This injury has left her right arm with no function and her right leg with minimal function. With the help of a person and a walker she is able to slowly walk. She is in need of neurosurgery and in order to give her the best possible chance we are seeking the care of a specialized neurosurgeon. After surgery she will stay in the ICU and then once recovered rehab. This will be a long and difficult road ahead but with your help hopefully that road can be made a little bit easier.

If you are unable to donate financially, Elizabeth will also be needing love and support in the form of rides to and from rehab and appointments, help working on at home rehab exercises, and moral boosts along the way.
