Matt and Melinda Nelson, along with their 10 children, have always been the first to show up when someone in the community needed help. They are the ones who quietly step in to do the heavy lifting, the hard work, and offer a hand without ever expecting anything in return. Today, they are facing a heartbreak no parent should ever have to bear, and it’s our turn to show up for them.

Their beloved son, Donald Nelson, passed away late Sunday August 10th. The family is grieving in the days after and are struggling to set up cremation and funeral arrangements.
