Hi. My name is Dimah and I'm fundraising for a charity called "Hand of Goodness". I pledge to walk 10k a day for the next 20 days to raise money for this cause, and will continue to update you on my progress

This charity works on the ground in Gaza and they are in touch with us daily showing what they are doing to help the people living there.

We have all been watching the horrors of the past 14 months, many of us not knowing what we can do to help. The suffering is amplified in these cold winter months with no food, water, shelter, heat, or even healthcare. My heart breaks even more to think about the children who have had to suffer through the pains of losing their families, homes, and limbs with no pain relief of anaesthetic. When hospitals are being targeted there is nowhere for these families to go.

Hands of Goodness works inside Gaza trying to help families in any way that they can. They try to dedicate their work to children, the following is an excerpt from their page:

Because our children are the light of our lives and our future, my team and I implement charitable initiatives to ease the suffering of children affected by the war. We address issues like anemia and dehydration by providing milk, diapers, and specialized food for children. Moreover, we organize recreational days to alleviate the hardships these children face.

Some of the key activities that my team and I focus on include:

- Organizing food hospices.

- Distributing food supplies.

- Providing vegetable baskets.

- Supplying milk and diapers for children.

- Distributing financial aid to affected families.

- Securing tents for the displaced.

- Providing canopies to cover damaged tents.
