Hi, We’re the Mills family. We are raising funds for our beloved dog’s cancer surgery.

Pedro is a rescue dog, who we adopted at 7 months old. He is now 10 years. For the past 9+ years he has brought incredible love and joy to us and to everyone who meets him.

Pedro has been a real character since we first met him, his puppy like personality continued with him up until around 4 months ago.

Our precious boy suddenly became not himself he was off his food and generally lethargic and tired.

A few vet appointments went nowhere with no answers. Eventually in October when his health declined we registered with a new vet for a second opinion. They were quick to discover the root of his issues and the prognosis was not a good one. Our boy has cancer. A large mass that had grown so quick it had caused further complications. AGASACA with hypercalcemia.

Thankfully this new vet had him referred and within days and we were seen by specialists. Specialists that had every confidence in Pedro and that could help him through this.

The costs of this is not cheap as you can imagine. We have already paid hundreds for testing, but now we are looking at thousands for ct scans, further tests and an operation for the removal of the tumour.

Whilst we have been lucky enough to loan money from wonderful family members we are still finding ourselves short. The bill has mounted and to make sure we can give Pedro what he needs we could really do with some help.
