PMP Pool Fundraiser: NEW POOL DECK
Good news! Big things are happening at The Pool:
The concrete lip of the L-shaped AND baby pool is being repaired!
ALL the tile in the L-shaped AND baby pool is being replaced with BRAND NEW TILE
Damaged concrete is being torn out and replaced with BRAND NEW CONCRETE
We need $22,000 to resurface ⅔ of the concrete pool deck before the 2018 Pool Season. (From entrance up to the lap pool)
How great would it be to have a beautiful, smooth pool deck this summer!
We need your help with one of our greatest assets:
PMP Pool was the place to be when it first opened in 1970 and for years after that. It is still very special to so many families. However, as we are sure you are aware, the pool is now in need of a major overhaul. We are reaching out to you for help.
We are fortunate that we are not required to support the pools with HOA fees. Therefore, the PMP Board is asking Homeowners for their financial support. A neighborhood pool is a wonderful amenity and increases your property value. Ours is in need of some necessary overhauls. With 750 homes in our 4 neighborhoods, we can do this!
There are 6 dedicated members on our Pool Board, with a vision and a plan. We spend a lot of time working at the pool to save money. The quality of the pools and amenities in surrounding neighborhoods has surely had a positive impact on their home prices. Sugar Creek and Foxcroft (who’s HOA fees cover the cost of their lovely pools) sell at an average of $22 more per square foot, and if you join another community pool you are supporting their neighborhood. Let’s not squander our exceptional pool facility! With relatively little support from each of our homeowners we can turn this thing around. Let’s work together and invest in our community!
