My name is DC Morby, a founder of Parkdale Medical Group in Scottsdale, Arizona. This mission is deeply personal to me. I lost my son to addiction, and that loss fuels my determination to create a clinic where dignity, compassion, and healing are at the center of care. Parkdale is my way of turning grief into legacy — ensuring that others find the support and sanctuary they deserve.
Why Parkdale Is Different
Phoenix leads the nation in addiction per capita. ADHD, PTSD, and dementia are rising at epidemic proportions. Families everywhere are desperate for solutions.
Most clinics are still using old equipment and outdated protocols that don’t work. Relapse is common, and retention is low. Parkdale is different. We are bringing new technology, breakthrough treatments, and modern protocols that deliver real results. Our retention rate is high, relapse is rare, and hope is restored.
This is not just another clinic. This is a movement to change lives.
Our Goal
We are raising $50,000 to launch Parkdale Medical Group. These funds will allow us to:
Secure and build out our modular clinic space in Old Town Scottsdale

Create onboarding visuals and patient experience funnels that reflect gratitude and legacy
Cover initial operating costs to serve our community from day one
