Hi my brother’s name is Rowan “Steve” Howell who has been blind since his teenage years; he lives in Jamaica; he is currently suffering from a very painful condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia. He has been living with this condition for the last 25 years but his condition has declined considerably over the past few months resulting in regular flare ups and excruciating nerve pains in his head and face. Steve requires a very costly surgery urgently to remove the affected nerve so that he can have relief from the pain. There is no cure or effective pain relief for this condition. We were told by multiple health providers that patients with this condition seek to end their lives . Please help us save Steve from this agony or worse.
