We are not usually ones to ask for help—we are often the first to give it. But right now, we are facing something we cannot do alone.

Just before his 31st birthday, Tim was diagnosed with Stage III Invasive Adenocarcinoma with Lymph Node involvement (T3N2b) - AKA: Rectal Cancer with the spread to his surrounding Lymph Nodes (7+).

As we prepare to welcome our third child next month, our family has been thrown into the fight of our lives.

Tim is the most dedicated husband and father. For the past two years, he poured his heart into being a full-time stay-at-home dad before recently starting his own mobile RV repair company. Most of you see him just as I do - hardworking, humble, and has always put his family first.

Tim and I, have grown up together—we started dating at just 16 years old. We’ve walked through many hard times side by side, but this is by far our toughest battle. Even in the face of this diagnosis, Tim’s strength, courage, and love for his family shine through. Even since 16, his reliance never stops amazing me.

At this time the treatment plan is aggressive to ensure for the best long-term outcome and promote remission. As it stands his treatment will consist of several rounds of radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery in the following months. The hope is the medications (radiation/chemotherapy) will help to shrink the "bulky" tumor in preparation for surgery, to which we have been alerted by his team will require an extensive recovery. While the road ahead will be long and full of challenges, we are holding on to the good outlook his doctors have shared.

As small business owners, our family will be without an income during the treatment and recovery time. The funds raised will go directly toward:

    •    Medical expenses and treatments

    •    Travel costs for family support

    •    Essential needs for our three children as we adjust to life during this time
