Please help me save my storage unit, so I can take some things out of it for saving, and sell the rest, or surrender the rest.

I have my children's baby books, personal identity paperwork (birth certificates, social security cards, etc.), baby teeth, umbilical cords, and sentimental items from deceased loved ones saved/stored in my storage unit.
