Plz help our boys get back on track

Hi everyone I'm Fay along with my neice Shannen and we recently rescued two very amaciated thoroughbred horses named Coco and Sargeant..It took a few weeks to finally get the boys away from their horrible setting and home to a place where they can get all the feed and nutrients they so desperately needed along with unconditional love..We've been buying a round bale every week along with chaff lucerne plus weight gain pallets and vitamins and minerals..They desperately need a vet check which will get them their vaccines and have their teeth checked plus they really need to see a farrier as well..It's been a struggle to be able to keep up with everything only because they were in such bad health and they need the best and then dealing with the struggle of day to day living hasn't helped..These boys have the most beautiful, gentle nature after what they've been through and we really want to give them the life they deserve..If anyone can please us raise some money to get all the medical attention they need I'd be forever greatful..I'm such a big animal lover and no animal deserves to ever have to endure what our boys went through, it's so heartbreaking..I've put up the nicest picture I could find that I've taken since we rescued the boys almost 4 weeks ago..Thankyou for taking the time to read my post..I really appreciate any help I can get..X
