Plz help me save my grandma and transfer to better hospital

Hi please help me save my grandma and transfer her to a better hospital closer to home . As of right now she’s in ICU fighting for her life . And I’m really not in the mental state right now to lose my grandma, thank you so much anything is greatly appreciated.
