Pls help our family after rare autoimmune disease

NMO is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. When recurrent, relapses can result in cumulative disability, potentially including blindness, paralysis, and premature death. Shawn is now on long term disability and unable to work. With no return date. My kids father is just 41 years old. Has always been healthy as a horse. He takes the covid vaccine to try and keep his son safe. Gabriel is 7 and has a severe heart defect called Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.  In turn Shawn  now spends everyday of his life in pure pain! He wrote down each attack the other day to get a count on how often they happened. He got to 100 by 4:00pm and quit. The pain, numbness, and tingling has now moved up to his back. It radiates from his toes up to his chest, all the way around to his back. The next thing to be affected is his eyes.. And then his brain.... 

NMO Typically attacks the optic nerves or spinal cord first. For Shawn it's his spinal cord. NMO is caused by either A. An infection immediately prior (Shawn hasn't been sick at all) or B. After a VACCINE! To say I'm hurt, and angry is an understatement. Though no one's perfect and we have had our fair share of up and downs Shawn is still the father of my children. He's stepped up for ones that aren't even biologically his. He's been by my side for 21 years. Worked his butt off to provide for his family and though no one is perfect he never turned his back on us. He doesn't deserve this. My kids don't deserve to lose their father. The neurologist from the hospital called a few weekends ago and said his disease is rapidly progressing and it's a very fast acting disease. The longest prognosis is 5 years. However his is moving extremely fast. There is not one single day he is without pain or paralysis. He is now having issues with his bowels and bladder. I'm at just a loss.... Since this all started I have talked to multiple people and have read several stories online of completely healthy people dying after this vaccine or getting horrible irreversible diseases or heart failures. It's possible for young girls not to get pregnant. People who have been in menopause are getting their periods again people are going into early menopause. People are dying!! From this vaccine. I'm going to lose my children's father over it! Im hurt. We watch him deteriorate say after day.. Right Infront of our eyes. I hurt for him but I really hurt for my kids.. I can write forever .. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. 

Two days ago he received his first infusion. 1 out of 5. It's 1000 mg methylprednisolone. The First dose was administered at the infusion center. The remaining 4 are done at home by us. Hoping this relieves some of Shawn's inflammation. He is in constant pain and it's starting to affect his ability to control his bowel and bladder. 

There is no cure for this. We are number one asking for prayers for our entire family. Two we are asking if anyone is able to donate even just a little so we can try to keep our head afloat. Shawn will only be receiving 60 percent of his paycheck. Which hardly covers mortgage. He's been our sole provider and we are going through a really hard time. Anything will help. I don't want to lose the roof over our heads during this time. We appreciate you all so very much. I will update on here as often as I can. But again above all please pray. I know the power of prayer and hoping and praying somehow God can watch over our family and let this process be as less painful as possible.
