We have created this GoFundMe to support one of our cherished educators, Ploy, and her young family as they navigate an unimaginable and heartbreaking time.

Ploy has been a valued member of our Green Leaves Parkwood community for the past three years, working with love and dedication in our Nursery room. She is a devoted mum to two beautiful boys, Reid and Jake, and is someone who gives so much of herself to the children, families and team every day.

On Tuesday 19th November 2025, Ploy’s husband, Mark, was found unresponsive and rushed to hospital, where he was placed into an induced coma. Tragically, Mark has sustained extensive brain damage and remains in critical condition.

This devastating situation is something no family should ever have to experience. Ploy is doing everything she can to stay strong for her boys while trying to process the unimaginable. Reid and Jake are also doing their best to understand what is happening to their dad, surrounded by love but facing a situation far beyond their young years.

Alongside the emotional trauma, the financial strain on the family has grown significantly. With Ploy needing extended time away from work and Mark being self-employed, the loss of income has placed enormous pressure on their household.

We know this will be a long and life-changing journey for Ploy and her boys, and we want to support them in every way we can.

All funds raised will go directly to Ploy, who is the sole beneficiary of this fundraiser. Your contribution- no matter the size- will help ease the immediate financial burden, allowing her to focus on her family during this incredibly difficult time.

We cannot begin to imagine the pain and uncertainty Ploy is experiencing, but we stand beside her with love, compassion and unwavering support.
