Our boy is in trouble and he needs your help.
We discoverd that he has a cancerous tumor which needs to be removed. We need to do it right away before it spreads but with our baby due six weeks from today we are strapped to the limit. We hate to ask for help but we are out of options at this point.
Bruce came to us about a year and a half ago from the county shelter where he spent 5 long months. We don’t know what his life was like before that but from his fearful behavior we believe that he had a hard start in life.
We had lost our beautiful, sweet natured Golden Retriever to old age just before Christmas and didn’t know if we would ever find a dog to fill giant whole that he had left in our hearts.
Until we met Bruce. ...Though he would never replace our our golden, this silly, quirky, snuggly dog wiggled his way into our hearts. We cannot imagine loosing him after knowing him for such a short time. To our knowledge he is only 4 or 5 years old and should have so much more time left. Please help us give him the life he deserves. Anything that you can do would be greatly appreciated.
