Hi! My name is Marta and i know what it’s like to be rejected. I know what it’s like not to have money for treatment.

That’s why now, as an adult woman -I cannot just stand by it.

I’m asking for your help for the sons of my friend. Magda and her husband are remarkable people kind, humble, full of love. Their sons are just like them—warm, joyful, and full of dreams.

Kuba was born at 26 weeks of pregnancy, in severe asphyxia, with a birth weight of 800 grams and scored 1 on the Apgar scale. He suffered grade IV brain hemorrhages, which resulted in him being nonverbal, profoundly intellectually disabled, and having quadriplegic cerebral palsy with a predominance on the right side.

He also has strabismus and nystagmus, and displays self-aggressive behaviors. He began walking at the age of 3.5. He

underwent, among other procedures, fibrotomy surgery to "loosen" the spasticity. He is currently 18 years old (turning 19 in December), on calming medications, wears diapers at night, and is completely dependent on others. He cannot dress himself, feed himself, or wash.

Janek was born at 31 weeks of pregnancy, with a birth weight of 1650 grams and scored 7 on the Apgar scale. He suffered grade Il brain hemorrhages, whiled to quadriplegic cere. palsy and quadriplegic cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus (currently without a shunt). He started walking at 5.5 years old. He's now 16 years old,

intellectually within the normal range but with very low self-esteem. He's a great kid with a huge burden of life experiences (unfortunately, mostly the bad kind).

They are trying to take the boys to a

multidisciplinary rehabilitation camp twice a year — but they simply can't afford more frequent trips because only Magda’s husband works. She gave up her job in 2015 because Kuba is not independent, and she just couldn't manage both physically and mentally to juggle treatment, care, and rehab for the boys while working - especially since her husband is a professional soldier and often away from home, making it impossible to plan anything.

As a mum myself please-we cannot leave such a beautiful family without any help.
