Please help me get my dad back home to the San Luis Valley, CO to be buried next to his father.

He is in Denver and was born in raised in Chama next to the San Luis Valley, Colorado. He is in his last days. We thought he had insurance to take care of his funeral, unfortunately he don't. I've tried to get him some, but based on his conditions he don't qualify. I've called the funeral home in Alamosa and they require paid in full the day before his funeral. They don't offer a plan. I have to get him back home, that's all he wanted. I'm not one to ask for any help, but I need help for him. I just need to follow through with his wishes. With gratitude,  we will forever be grateful.
