My family and I are facing an urgent crisis. After a rapid decline in my health, I became unable to work, and my wife had to stay home to care for me. For the past six months, we have had no income and have sold many of our possessions and borrowed extensively from family and friends just to get by. Now, we are facing eviction proceedings and have no working car for transportation. The costs of healthcare and medicine have far exceeded our budget, leaving us in a situation where every day feels uncertain and overwhelming.
We are seeking help to cover three main categories of expenses. First, we need to address critical needs like rent, food, transportation, storage, phone service, heat, and medicine. These are the essentials that will keep us safe and stable. Second, I am enrolled as a student, which has granted me access to a life-changing health insurance plan. To continue with my studies and maintain this coverage, we need support for my home teaching studio, keyboard, instrument maintenance, and refurbished technology like a laptop and phone. Finally, we hope to rebuild our home. Our apartment still lacks basic furnishings—we don’t have two chairs, a desk, or a dinner table, and we have lived out of suitcases since arriving in Greensboro in August.
Romans 5: 3-4 - We celebrate in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out...Psalm 121 - "I will lift my eyes to the mountains...From where shall my help come? My help is from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth." Matthew 6: 3-4 - “But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” Phillipians 4:9 - And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We are asking for your help and support during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference for our family.
