How does being a good lover give men cancer?

I’m Libby and my friend Toney Fitzgerald is my mate and great friend in life. You may know him as he pioneered coaching in Australia and New Zealand, starting Coach U, Australia’s first school for professional life and business coaches in 1998.

Toney is an inspiration, so motivated and positive and he’s trained hundreds of coaches, been a business owner, successful speaker and best-selling author of three books including “Don’t Bitch, just get Rich”, “Radically change your life forever” and "Start Me Up" - you have a business idea, now make it happen!

Today, the fact is, Toney is dying from Cancer as a result of HPV16. He’s had cancer four times in the last five years and now he’s being told he’s terminal, with his only local options being experimental and incredibly expensive treatments.

Hearing this news, myself, the impending loss of an awesome mate, friend and someone I love so much has hit me so hard, that it spurred me into action mode- big time.

BUT what’s incredible is how he was struck down with cancer. This fully blew me away with utter and total disbelief. HPV16 because he gave oral sex – WTF?

Yep, you heard me, he got cancer of the throat and neck, because he gave oral sex to someone with HPV and that turned into a deadly strain of HPV16 cancer.

We have all heard of the HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) that causes cervical cancer in women? That’s why we have pap tests. Well, men catch it too. The really scary thing is that there’s no test.

The fact is that 1 in 2 men have contracted it and are a carrier of a HPV and the thing is, THEY DON’T KNOW THEY HAVE IT and they don’t know which strain, that is the big issue.

The strain Type HPV16 is VERY deadly and it presents the Cancer in the mouth, tongue and neck area and can spread into other areas of the body very quickly. In fact, HPV throat cancers are now more common in men than cervical cancer in women now. You could say in the next few years, it could be the No 1. cause of cancer worldwide.

The facts are, that there will be a 50 to 200-fold increase in risk for cancer, that is mind blowing. Wow!

“I Got Cancer from Licking Pussy”

When asked how he got cancer, Toney says - “I got cancer from licking pussy, you know, having oral sex”.

I hear you say, WHAT the hell? Really, is this for real or is this a sad sick joke?

It’s a shocking statement that Toney uses so that people get to hear his story. There are a lot of sufferers, but, hey they don’t speak up, well Toney is. Toney wants to help people who are clueless and not informed and most people are not about HPV16, especially men, he tells me. They are totally clueless.

When he delivers the hard-hitting message that the HPV virus that can ultimately lead to death, they look at him, like a deer that has been hit with a big spot light in the night. They just stare in shock and after a few seconds, they ask how, why, what, who, when, tell me more.

The crazy thing is, even some Oncologist and Doctors don’t really inform their patients in specific detail that their Cancer is HPV related, they stick to the standard line of maybe the Cancer was caused by smoking or alcohol or others, 75% of all head and neck cases are caused by smoking and alcohol they most frequently say. Well the other 25% they have a good chance that being a good lover gave them HPV16.

Hearing this, left me speechless and made me so mad! Makes you just want to give up sex, right? Well, let’s not get hasty, let’s fix this!

What can we do about it?

Let’s cut to the chase about why I have created this Go Fund Me Campaign that you are reading about now and what Toney is going to do about his diagnosis for himself and more importantly for men who DON’T know the risk they have.

The first thing is to help Toney live and beat cancer, PERIOD, the other is to get this out news of HPV16 out to the world. We have to, there is no other option, but one single choice and that is ACT and act now before it gets out of control!

Toney who I call "Fitzy" has been told he has less than 18 months to live, the Doctors say they can't give him more radiation, chemo or surgery treatment, his days are numbered. They literally said, “Sorry, there is nothing more we can do for you, just go away and die and prepare for death in less than 18 months.”

What heart breaking, wrenching news to hear, yes!

Well he strongly disagrees that he will die, his is not taking that as the final verdict and I agree and I am sure you do as well.

Fitzy is a courageous fighter and very resilient man, he knows has to take his own painful debilitating battle into his own hands now and going on a Cancer curing quest to find a cure once and for all. So, therefore, I am asking for your help to help my mate Fitzy, fight the fight of his life and beat Cancer and knock it out of the ring, once and for all.

Fitzy’s Tragic and Inspiring Journey so Far

Fitzy’s first tragic news was when he was diagnosed with Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cancer on his left tonsil (primary) and lymph nodes left and right of neck (secondary) in 2012. The first cancer was in a large lymph node on the left side of his neck. It just blew up like a golf ball.

He later discovered from a secondary oncology opinion that it was HPV16 related. He got it from yes, “licking pussy” as he says!

With Fitzy’s life shattering and shocking news his first toxic treatment was 7 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy. What he went through back then in 2012 was freaking hell for him, I know, I was there watching it first hand, I have posted a photo or two on this page, check it out.

He’s lost so much weight, he’s been so ill that he’s a different man from the one that was such a brilliant coach, but this makes him even more determined to survive and inspire other people!

Once again, I want to stress to you, that this is a sexually transmitted disease that does cause cancer and can kill. Out of 100 HPV strains, some low risk and some high, my mate Fitzy has the highest, very rare - No 1 HPV killer HPV16.

In 2015, blow me down, you would believe it, the bloody cancer came back again and he had a recurrence in Jan 2015 and then again, a 3rd time in August, so that’s twice in one year.

In February as a nasopharyngeal tumour the size of a golf ball that wrapped around his cerotic artery and pressed against his C1 vertebrae. His treatment was 7 weeks of radiation to the nasal area. After that, he thought he was clear, but no.

In August, it came back again after the PET scan confirmed that the cancer was now in the left and right lymph nodes in his neck. His treatment was a very painful full neck discectomy, 14 hours on the Doctors table to cut open his neck to remove the cancerous lymph nodes that invaded his neck. It was a horrific operation that left him with severe post-surgery complications that will stay with him for life.

It’s not over, there is more to come.

Come January 2017 this year, more shock and horror for him, the bloody cancer came back again for the 4th time and it is in several places right now.

Fitzy’s cancer is mainly in the base of tongue and the results are now not good for him. It is critical. As I said above, there is nothing the doctors can do anymore, they told him to go away and die or find an alternative cure himself.

You can see he has been through a massive ordeal trying to beat it and keep alive and function in life. Just imagine the anxiety, stress, depression related to what he is going through and there is more to come. It’s never ending for him!

Let me say, the numerous treatments he has undergone has caused so many physical and emotional issues for him, it saddens me and others to see it. Just some of the things he experiences right now are lack of taste, servere nerve damage, lymphatic issue, tongue and jaw seizures, stress, headaches. His neck is like hard wood, he tells me, “it’s like having a boa constrictor wrapped around my neck, 24/7 squeezing hard”. He also has lack of saliva, can only eat fluids, no solids and has lost heaps of weight.

The list goes on and on and he has been through hell and more hell. I know he must be suffering depression, even though he comes across as Superman.

So to wrap up and come to a close the BIG Fitzy fight is back on again for a 4th time - ding- ding- ding!!! - ring that bell, let’s get ready to rock and rumble as they say!

Step up and support!

It’s now what I call EMERGENCY MODE - action we have to take, to help, support and help him cure or true and beat his Cancer and help in in other ways. He has other needs as well and let’s not forget that.

Right now, as we speak, the cancer is spreading in his body, the cancer is in his right and left lower based tongue, right and left neck limp node, his left jaw, the top of his chest and he has severe internal throat inflammation which restricts his eating, drinking and breathing. It is a massive emotional and physical task for him to live with any quality of life right now.

Toney unfortunately doesn't have close core family members to help him through this hugely rough time and is too unwell to be thinking about making money to pay for all his current demands of living and cancer beating treatments.

We can only imagine how hard that is.

There is no doubt at all, he needs our help and support right now on every level!

In life, living is all about giving – right?

Fitzy needs money and he needs it now, he needs time to organise his treatments and totally focus on saving his own life and to get out of the pain he goes through, every day!

Can we do it - YES CAN!!

One thing I love about Fitzy, is his very tenacious person, when he puts his mind to things, he goes about doing things and then he just gets the job done. He leaves no stone unturned. He is an action man. He has this saying –

“It doesn't matter what happens to you, it's what you do about it that matters."

I know Fitzy is clued up on most alternative treatments, he has done massive amounts of research and knows the journey ahead of him and with your support this amazing Go Fund Me campaign will raise critical and valuable money that will be used to help him activate various alternative treatments that will help him win the battle of his life. How will the money be used?

When I asked him, he told me, he is all over it, that his specific alternative protocol treatment has to meet his specific needs, wants and issues, due to the type of Cancer and HPV16 Virus and how his immune system is right now.

Here are just some of the options he has identified as possible non-toxic treatments.

In Australia, there is an immunotherapy treatment called Keytruder, but it’s $7,000 per 3 weeks and lasts 2 years … a total cost of $238,000 AUD. That just sounds impossible, it’s experimental, not guaranteed and there’s no subsidy. Overseas there are many places where they treat extreme cancers with less expensive measures.

In Germany, there is a similar treatment specifically targeted to the immune response system at $4,500 per week for 6 weeks, that’s $27k all up before flights and accommodation. Vitamin C injections, Hyperbaric oxygen chamber are other alternatives that are possible overseas.

Another likely alternative uses the strains THC, THCA, CBD; elements of cannabis, which are all non-toxic treatments being embraced by countries like the USA, UK, Latin America and Israel and others. It’s the next frontier in medicinal treatments that could potentially change the world as we know it. Cannabis used medicinally COULD BE THE CURE FOR CANCER, and live trials on people are desperately needed.

Toney has been in contact with several leading researchers around the world already and let me tell you, he may be onto a BIG breakthrough here. Where normal cancer treatments have failed, there is HUGE potential here and it’s just one step away from being realised. This is an area that is now being looked at by the Australian government but the legislation is too slow to help Toney.

The fact is TONEY DOES NOT HAVE TIME, he needs immediate and fast treatments immediately. Time is against him. So hence this EMERGENCY MODE outreach.

Who else can you help?

HPV can be deadly and there are around 100 types of HPV and the HPV16 is VERY deadly. It’s just not known about. It's not mainstream news. The Australian Cancer Council are a bit clueless and they have no education or information booklets at any of their locations in hospitals and clinics about HPV and how it can cause cancer and death in the end. Go figure that out!

We need to get this story out to the people!

The fact is there is very little knowledge, information and education out the about the dreaded HPV16 virus that causes oral cancer in men around the world. Fitzy says we need to get this critical information out there to help others, inform and empower them, so in turn they can beat their own Cancer battle if they get struck down by this dreaded HPV virus.

The most important thing is to give HOPE to people that they can cure themselves or keep Cancer at bay for some time and live a better-quality life without pain and suffering. Which he knows first-hand, let me tell you.

We just don't have the real-life stories of the people suffering from debilitating, life threatening HPV disease, especially in men. We need it. The fact and truth, it's now a huge “epidemic” amongst men, some say a common cancer in India and fast increasing in Australia.

What famous celebrity has this same cancer?

You may or may not recall the famous actor Michael Douglas having neck/throat cancer? He was one of the first to announce to the word on TV that his Cancer was caused by the deadly HPV16, yes from oral sex, believe it or not.
