Please,any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,my name is Mike ,had a heart attack 2 days ago,had 2 stints put in.And in 3-5 wks I’ll be having tripple bypass surgery,which means I’ll be out of work for several months.Gonna be a long road to recover and any help would be greatly appreciated .Thank you very much.

update ,had 5 bypasses on Oct 2 ,looking to be outta work for 2-3 months and that’s the least ,insurance and med bills will get paid as far as I know ,mortgage ,2 car payments and other bills will not and any help will be appreciated,thank you
