Please Support the McKnett Family After Fire Loss
Donation protected
On November 6, 2024, our dear friends and community members, the McKnett family—Rachel, Keith, and their daughters, Talia and Teagan—lost their home in Camarillo, Ca in the devastating Mountain Fire. Known for their kindness, dedication, and support of our community, the McKnett's have given so much to others. Now, it’s our turn to come together and support them.
Rachel has been a devoted friend and colleague to so many of us (your Petunia family loves you!), bringing warmth and a helping hand wherever it’s needed. Her husband, Keith, is a science teacher and aquatics coach at Rio Mesa High School, his impact on his students and players in our community is immeasurable.
Their oldest daughter Talia is just beginning her college journey, her first semester away from home, making this all the more challenging. Their youngest daughter Teagan is a student-athlete attending Camarillo High.
The amazing family is now faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding and recovering. With so much to replace—both essentials and the comforts of home—our goal is to help them find temporary housing, replace their everyday necessities, and begin the long journey of creating a new home for their family.
Please consider donating or sharing this campaign to support the McKnett family. Your kindness and generosity will help them rebuild their lives and show them the same love and support they’ve always given to others. The beneficiary will have direct access to the funds.
