I am Cae Burgess a close friend of Sue Gowans for 14 years. It is with a truly sad heart that I heard of the passing of Sue who passed away at home 6-4-2020
Susie had a long battle with illness but fought hard until the very end. She never gave up and showed incredible spirit just as she lived her life.
Anyone who was lucky enough to know this beautiful kind lady will be broken to hear of her passing.
She gave so much time and love to her footy community. She could never do enough for her beloved Umina Bunnies (second only to her Sharkies!) helping generations of kids enjoy their footy and grow up to be members of our community.
Sue was such a proud mum of Tamara and Scott, and nanny to Milla and Sully. Sue would do anything for her family and friends even giving them the shirt off her back if it helped in any way.
I want to help her family give her the best possible farewell, especially in these difficult times. I want to be able to give back to her and her family what they have given to me
Please help this wonderful family to give their mum the send off she deserves.
