On Saturday the 22nd of April 2017 my dearest friends Sandra and John learnt that their beloved unborn son Benjamin was no longer going to be born alive. Sandra was 3 days away from being induced to meet him only in a very different light.
After being paranoid that Sandra had not felt him move since Friday night she went to the hospital. As she lay there with a Doppler the doctor discovered and announced that there is "no longer any sign of life" and that baby Benji's little, healthy heart, will no longer be heard. This has been an unbelievable shock and tragedy for everyone who knew this precious family.
Sandra and John delivered their still born son Monday afternoon and spent a couple yet not enough agonising days with their perfect still born. As they treasured those days spent with him, it was time to say goodbye and head home to grieve.
Unfortunately, in these tough times everyday life can be a real struggle and burden especially when you need time to grieve as a family. There are still bills to pay, a family to provide for and sadly, a burial. John is only able to get a small amount of time off work - with this page I am hoping to raise enough money to give this amazing family all the time they need together and to give their beautiful son Benjamin the burial he deserves.
As this humble family have declined many helpful offers I know the struggles they're facing - they need our help in these upcoming months! John and Sandra would literally give the shirt off their back to anyone in need, I am asking you to help me, help them.
Due to the restrictions of this site I must put in dollar value, however there is no amount we are aiming for, every little bit will help. PLEASE did deep!
