Since opening our doors in January 2024, Sneinton Amateur Boxing Club has grown faster than we ever imagined. We’re proud to be a Community Interest Company (CIC) that offers so much more than just boxing — we’re a safe, supportive space for young people to learn, grow, and thrive.

But our success has brought new challenges.

Our gym has become so popular that it’s often overcrowded, and we’ve had to turn kids away simply because there isn’t enough space. This is something we never want to do.

What We Do for Our Community:

‍ Free tutoring sessions to support kids with their education

Opportunities to compete in national and international boxing tournaments

Mentorship schemes that give young people guidance, structure, and confidence

All of this is funded and run by the club itself, with no cost to the young people we support

Our goal is to raise enough funds to move to a larger premises where we can welcome more young people from across Nottingham. A bigger space means:
