Dear
Hello dear relatives, community members, and friends, I hope you are doing well and have had a fabulous day. I hope you have also been well over the days since the last meeting with each other. On my side, I feel sad, sorrowful, and subdued after the passing away of my mother Pasquina Onvoio at age of 89 years old in San Pedro California on 17th January 2022. I could not imagine someone losing their loved one, and the deep sorrow affects the family, relatives, and community members. I am very sorry dear friends. I understand the effects of death and the agony that leaves someone after their loved ones have left them.
Our mother left us in great sadness and agony since we all depended on her for our entire life. In addition, my mother is proud to be a U.S citizen living the rest of her life in the United States; she left a letter in which she requested to be buried in South Sudan; because of her other children who did not make it to the United States so they would be able to visit her grave. Our family is financially unstable to meet the burial and transportation costs. The transportation cost alone is $15,000.
Because of her sudden illness, I requested an emergency leave from my work to be home to take care of my mother. All the money that I had saved ended up paying hospital bills and drugs. I am the only one working, and the rest of my brothers depend on me for survival.
I humbly request assistance in contributing to her burial. I would appreciate any help, be it be financial, donation, advice, to offer our contributions towards facilitating the funeral and burial services cost.
Thank you so much, friends, family members, relatives, and community members, for your time. I hope God will shower blessing and a word of hope to your hearts. Be blessed and have a good day.
Yours faithfully
Rabeh A. Dimbiti.
