This fundraiser has been created on behalf of Valiski, who is preparing for an upcoming surgery after living with ongoing symptoms for many years. She was an independent person who worked very hard and also enjoyed life, unfortunately due to Covid, she, like so many others, lost employment and shortly after, insurance benefits. Due to a pre-existing condition, she has been unable to get coverage. As life would have it, she was diagnosed shortly after this life-changing event.

For a long time, Valiski did her best to carry on and manage things quietly. Like so many people, she pushed through discomfort, adapted where she could, and delayed surgery for as long as possible. Now, that option is no longer available, and moving forward with surgery is necessary. Preparing for surgery is overwhelming on its own. Facing the financial weight of surgery and recovery at the same time makes it even harder. In addition to the procedure itself, there are costs for aftercare, follow-up appointments, medications, and the support needed to heal properly and safely.

This fundraiser is meant to help ease that burden, so Valiski can focus on what matters most right now. Every donation will go directly towards surgical costs, post-operative care, follow-up visits, medications, and recovery-related needs.
