We, the friends of Phoebe, have created this fundraiser for her end-of-life.

Phoebe Vanderhorst has spent her life helping others rise, now she needs our help.

Phoebe is in the final stages of liver disease. As she nears the end of her life, we are coming together to ensure she has the care, comfort, and peace she deserves. We are raising funds to cover the costs of an earth burial--Phoebe's final wish.

Phoebe's legacy is one of fierce compassion and justice. She was instrumental in creating and directing "WAYPASS", a program designed for formerly incarcerated women returning to school at City College of San Francisco. Through her mentorship and advocacy, countless women were able to rebuild their lives, find their voices, and are now thriving. Her impact is Everlasting and her spirit is immeasurable.
