Please support our friend and colleague, Deshawn

As you are aware, the storm that devastated the tri-state area last night has left many of our loved ones with extensive damage to their homes, vehicles and property. One of our VNA family members, Deshawn Bedford, lost his entire apartment last night due to shoulder-high flooding and water damage, making his apartment uninhabitable. You may or may not be aware of just how much Deshawn does for our school community because he never seeks recognition or praise for what he does. Always there to lend a helping hand, supporting staff and students in any way that he can, Deshawn is such an integral part of our school family. So, now it is our turn to support Deshawn (even though he asked us not to!) in helping him recover from this major loss.
