Please support my husband Jon's Fight Against Cancer

Please help support my husband Jon Kinderman after he recently received a shocking and unexpected diagnosis of stage 4 colorectal cancer with an ER visit because he was not feeling well. Jon is a wonderful and caring husband and a dedicated father to his daughter Autumn. Caring for and supporting us is first and foremost in his mind. He now feels like he is letting us down as he will soon be starting an aggressive treatment plan. After many consults, biopsies, scans, and specialists in the past two weeks, it was decided to hit it hard immediately. He had surgery to put a port in a week ago to help administer his chemotherapy treatments because he will need chemo at home too. He will have to undergo chemotherapy for 4-6 months every two weeks for 5-6 hour infusions and then come home with a chemo pump for the next 46-48 hours. After chemotherapy he will be getting cyberknife radiation for 4-12 weeks every day then we are hoping for surgery to take out the tumor which is 7cm at this moment. He has a long road ahead of him. Jon will not be able to hold a job due to the aggressive treatments and unfortunately, we were experiencing a lapse in insurance at the time of diagnosis. The doctor advised us not to delay treatment. As a result, the medical bills have been piling up. The insurance has not kicked in no matter how hard I have been fighting and appealing to them to reinstate it faster and to push it back to when Jon went into the hospital and we were told the devastating news. My heart hurts for him. I'm trying to be strong for him and my daughter but it's so hard to hold it together. My mind is still trying to absorb and process it all while focusing on everything that needs to be done. I know we need to take it one day at time and try to stay positive but we have a long road ahead of us. Keeping Jon's spirits up is a priority. The mind is powerful and so important for the healing process. It's mentally draining but so important to try and keep him positive.
