Fight against uterine cancer.

In March of this year, 2025, Michelle was diagnosed with uterine cancer. She will have to go to Winston soon for surgery. A biopsy showed a mass that will be taken out.

As she recovers from surgery, she will most likely be out of work for over a month, possibly more. Michelle is 57 years old and works at Appalachian State University in the Dept. of Facilities Operations as an Environmental Services Technician in Building Services. Before this, she worked at Watauga Medical Center, and before that, she was a private caregiver for 27 years where she cared for the elderly until their passing.

Any donations, big or small, will make a huge difference in ensuring that hospital and doctor bills and travel expenses will be taken care of.
