Please Support Kirby Murdaugh's Recovery Journey

UPDATE: Kirby and her dear family and friends have been in touch and are so grateful for everyone’s prayers and generosity. Even in the midst of this unbelievable trial, Kirby is expressing her gratitude and praise to God. This recovery journey is going to be long and challenging and will come with many expenses. Please consider giving to help this beloved servant of Christ. Below is a statement from Kirby and her family.

From Kirby, Graham, Ruthie, Julie Faith, and Kirby James:
We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and generosity on our behalf. Dr. Jeff Miller and Madison Avery planted a seed with this fundraiser, and the body of Christ is watering it. The love of the Father is shining through His people. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and wanted to share with everyone the ways your kindness will be used. Your donations will be applied directly to any medical bills not covered by insurance. This money will also be used for future doctor visits, physical therapy expenses, and also travel expenses for Ruthie Grace (my 11-year-old daughter) as she goes back-and-forth between Colorado and South Carolina to visit with me as I recover. Additionally, the sick days at my job, as a counselor at Miracle Hill Ministries, will be depleted quickly, and the donations will help supplement my loss of income. Although I will be unable physically to attend classes for a while, these funds will also greatly help as I still plan by God’s grace to continue my education remotely this fall, pursuing an MA in biblical counseling at Bob Jones University. Thank you again for the outpouring of love and for being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Kirby Murdaugh, a 2024 BJU grad and upcoming MA student in Biblical Counseling, was horrifically attacked (see the WYFF article link below) on July 20 as she was leaving her job at Miracle Hill Ministries. Kirby deeply loves the Lord and desires to use her life to minister to others. Please pray for her as she is in the ICU recovering from two surgeries and is supposed to be getting married soon. Also, please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser to help with the many expenses she will be facing.
