 From my beloved cousin Erica Rodriguez: On behalf of my family, I must pass along the devastating news that our AMAZING husband/son/cousin/uncle Joey, my beloved best friend, has gone home to be with our Father God. This is a crushing blow for me and the Rodriguez family. Our hearts are broken but we keep our eyes on God as we travel these unchartered waters. Joey was a faithful disciple of Jesus. Not just talking the talk, but walking the walk. His love for others is immeasurable. Especially for me and his family. And we love him the same. Joey was an extraordinary force here on this earth. He served others with an unconditional love and regard that had an everlasting impact on their lives. He will be missed more than we can possibly imagine, but his SPIRIT will remain strong within us until we meet again. We love you, Joey. You are a WARRIOR who fought the good fight, and finished the race much like your cousin did, GLORIOUSLY. ✝
