Please support Joe Dixon recover from house fire

Many of you know that my dad lost his house in a tragic fire this past Saturday. He lost everything. This was his home for over 46 years. My brother, sister, and I grew up in this home. My parents raised us in this home. Many memories were built in this home. Losing this house is like saying goodbye to an old friend for us. My dad has always been generous with his home, allowing others a place to stay during transitions, or longer if needed. Now he is faced with essentially starting over at the age of 78 and needing to do this during a time when the world has shut down. This Go Fund Me is our attempt to support our dad since social distancing is preventing us from traveling to see him, as well as the risk we bring to him should we visit. We all thank you for anything you can do to help my father out during this difficult time. Dad has no idea what Go Fund Me is and certainly isn’t expecting support from people who don’t know him, but please know that he is always appreciative of support he is given. Thank you for listening.
