Hello everyone, I am a former coworker and acquaintance of Joan.  As many of you know, Joan was badly injured a few weeks ago which resulted in her needing brain surgery.  She has been in the hospital for almost a month and is still recovering.  She has a long road ahead and will need rehabilitation also. Unfortunately when she is released, she will need to find a new place to live. Because she has not been able to work, she has limited income. Short term disability will not take effect for 90 days.  Please consider donating to assist her with moving expenses, bills, food, etc for when she is released.  No amount is too small.

Also, Durga her mama cat has been adopted. Joan is devestated but happy that she was not euthanized.
