In August, my dad suffered a double brainstem stroke that changed everything for our family. The stroke made it impossible to return to work, and since then we’ve been navigating a completely new reality together.

As part of his recovery and ongoing care, my parents are preparing to relocate to Fresno, California, to be closer to family and a stronger support system. While this move is an important step for their future, the financial burden—combined with the medical expenses that have accumulated since my dad’s stroke—has become overwhelming.

We are raising funds to help cover the immediate costs of this transition, including the moving truck, hiring movers (since my dad is not physically able to help), the security deposit, and cleaning costs for their home. Any additional support will go directly toward the medical expenses related to his stroke and recovery.

Every gift, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in helping my parents get settled and allowing my dad to focus on healing.

Our family has been incredibly blessed by the support we’ve received from friends, family, and our church community since my dad’s stroke. The meals, visits, prayers, encouragement, and love have carried us through some very difficult months. We are deeply grateful for everything that has already been done for our family, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering helping us during this next step.
