One of my dearest friends has recently been given the unfortunate news that her son was diagnosed with Cancer.

Hayden is a bright, caring, athletic and active 4th grader that attends Miguelito school in Lompoc . In early January he was taken in for possible appendicitis/stomach surgery. Following his stomach surgery, his family was informed that the surgery actually revealed that Hayden was facing a diagnosis of Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma/Leukemia. No parent ever wants to hear the words that their child has cancer. 

Those of you who know Meghan, knows she is exceptionally strong and dedicated to her family. She works multiple jobs, and attends school while raising 3 beautiful children. She is not one to ever ask for help, so I’m reaching out to you on her behalf. The expenses are growing and can be overwhelming . He faces 6 months of chemotherapy, which began this week. For now his treatments are requiring travel and for the family to be displaced while they stay by his side. Please join me in supporting this loving, caring, and wonderful family.
