Overview:
Hurricanes Helene and Milton caused catastrophic damage throughout Florida, and many members of our Clerk family in the path of these storms were severely impacted.
As recovery begins, we are determined to help our Clerk team members navigate the daunting times ahead. Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) has once again created a fundraising campaign to provide as much relief as possible to Clerks of Court and their staff affected by Helene and Milton.
Whether you're a Clerk, a Clerk staff member, or a partner within nearby communities, we'd like to encourage you to contribute to our campaign.
FCCC-Civitek will match every dollar raised up to $10,000.
How it works:
The total amount raised will be managed by the association (FCCC). It will be allocated proportionately to affected counties. In coordination with FCCC, the Clerk will provide funds in a manner best suited to meet their team members’ needs (e.g., Visa gift cards, cash, other).
Who can participate:
We would encourage and invite everyone who is a part of the Clerk family, and who is able to give, to contribute to or share this fundraising campaign. While there is no official deadline for the campaign, we would like to provide the funds as soon as possible as the needs are immediate.
Every contribution counts! Together, let's help out our neighboring Clerks of Court and Comptrollers who need it most.
