Hi, my name is Cherie Miles. My brother-in-law, Chris, had a stroke on Friday, May 23rd, and was taken to the hospital by ambulance to Doctors Medical Center. After many tests and procedures, he’s still there with more testing to still take place.

Today, they found out that their insurance will no longer pay for him to stay there and has requested him to be transferred to Kaiser, where he will have to establish care with their cardiology team. This means they will be implementing their tests and protocols to give Chris and their family answers and to continue his care.

Due to Chris not being able to work and his precious wife staying by his side, she’s not able to work.
