Update: Chris has begun treatment and his doctor feels positive about his treatment plan. He'll be off work for the next few weeks. He lives paycheck to paycheck. So far I've used what was raised to pay his water bill. Next he needs help with the electric. Please help as you can, every dollar helps. no body should have to go through this alone!

My son's father, Chris Wimmer, was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. They've begun treatment, and he'll be off work for the next several weeks at least. Chris is a single father to Wayne, his youngest son, who is just 5 years of age. Chris and I also share an adult son. He could use some assistance to keep food on the table and bills paid as he navigates this terrible disease. Nobody should have to fight alone.
