Please support after a year of loss and cancer surgeries

Hi,

My name is Claire Stevens and I am reaching out during one of the most challenging years of my life. Earlier this year, I lost my beloved black Lab, Rowdy, to cancer. This was quickly followed by the loss of my best friend due to gallbladder/liver cancer, a devastating loss that I am still processing. Soon after, I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my nose. Removal of the metastasized cancer has been a step by step process, resulting in three surgeries. One last surgery for reconstruction of my nose is planned for the end of the year. I cannot wait to breathe better!

These surgeries have taken a toll both physically and financially. Between the medical bills piling up and the need for extended recovery time, I’m struggling to stay afloat. The funds raised will help me cover:

*Recovery time to enable me to heal with less stress of financial worries

*Medical bills from previous surgeries

I have fought to remain strong throughout the loss of my twin brother and last marriage in previous years. This year has been an emotional and physical battle with depression and finances contributing to my challenges. I’m doing my best to stay hopeful and focus on my health and well being.
