URGENT MEDICAL APPEAL

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

I am reaching out today with a heavy heart to share some difficult news and to humbly ask for your support.

This past Monday, I underwent a colonoscopy after being unable to afford both the colonoscopy and endoscopy as originally planned. The procedure revealed a serious medical issue—an 18cm tumor in my large intestine, which is currently obstructing normal bowel movement.

A biopsy was taken, and we are now waiting for the results. I continue to pray that the tumor is noncancerous, but regardless of the outcome, the doctors have advised that I will need major colon surgery to remove the section of the intestine where the tumor is located.

This situation has placed an enormous emotional and financial burden on my family and me. The cost of surgery, even if the tumor is not cancerous, is estimated at $150,000–$170,000 Mexican Pesos (approximately $20,000 BZD). As a single mother renting the home we live in, this has left me unable to even begin preparing school supplies for my son.

To date, I have reached out to public representatives for help, but have received no response.
