The day is finally in sight! As many of you know, I have been on home confinement since 2023. I was eligible for parole in March, but it has taken my attorney four months to file the application with the courts. It has finally been done! Court date pending.

I have been working towards and waiting for this date for the longest time. I have maintained employment at Olive Garden for nearly a year, and I am hoping to soon be up for a promotion. I have been trying to get my own baking business off the ground, which has been a struggle since I am unable to actually go to just about anywhere to try and promote myself (or make deliveries). I attend meetings 7-10 times a week. I have an amazing sponsorship family, including a sponsee of my own. I haven’t failed a drug screen in nearly two years. The pieces of the puzzle have slowly been coming together, but there is still the matter of paying off costs, fines, and fees, and that is why I have started this fundraiser. My hope is to have as much paid off by the time my day in court comes around that it gives my judge one less reason to deny my parole.
