Please Help Save My Sister Prabha from Cancer

This is Sita Neupane (also known as Anjali Dhakal) from Virginia. I have started this campaign on behalf of our beloved sister Prabha Bagale. Prabha is a good school teacher, a hardworking wife, cherished sister, an adored daughter, and a tireless mother to a beautiful daughter and a son.

She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer back in 2020 and we raised some money and helped on her treatments and saved her life. The treatments were so hard on Prabha. She was constantly in pain and so frail, but she always remained hopeful. It was heart-breaking to watch her to go through a painful treatment process, radiation and chemotherapy, while she was taking care of her husband and school age children. After the treatment and multiple session of radiation and chemotherapy, the cancer was cleared and she was happy, her husband was happy and children were happy.

However, her happiness did not last long. Recently, in November 2023 she was again diagnosed with a metastatic breast cancer (4th stage) with metastasis on her sternum and one of the bone of spine. She was very scared when the doctor explained that she would be required to undergo immediate surgery of spine. The doctor also warned that there is high possibility of nerve compression and paralysis if surgery and radiation is not done immediately.

Her surgery, radiation and medical treatment (hormonal and immunotherapy) would cost her at least NRS 2.5 million, which is nearly impossible to afford by a school teacher like her in Nepal. Therefore, we beg your help and support to save her life. 100% of your donation will go to her surgery and treatment. No donation is too small.
