My name is Siumei Tammy Nichols, widow of John Henry Nichols.

My terminally ill husband was kidnapped from Hawaii to the mainland by his family on August 13, 2022. I didn't have any communication with anyone after I hung up my phone on my sister-in-law in Colorado because she was accusing me of not taking care of my husband. I denied everything and said my daughter can be my witness but she said my daughter has an IQ of a 2-year-old. She said they would send John back to us but I still don't have his ashes back as of today. On top of that, they put our house up for sale because my name is not on the deed. I am asking for justice and your support to fight this uphill battle. The money will be used to help pay legal fees because we are taking this case to court.
