Hi, my name is Rachel and my dad, Don Howard passed away on April 16, 2022. He spent years writing his book, 'Bea and Me' and was in the process of finishing it when he died. His dying wish was for me to make sure his book got published.

The book is about his (and my grandmother Bea's) time in the music business.  It is full of amazing stories, history and pictures.  My grandmother Bea is in the Hall of Fame (and was a music publisher and publicist) and dad was on the board of the Academy of Country Music as well as a booking agent and manager for some of the greats.  We told him for years that he should write a book and he finally did.  He was so proud. 

 

The funds raised will be used to finish the editing process as well as to pay for the cost of self-publishing.  And to give back for your generosity, anyone who donates $50 or more will get a digital copy of the book, $100 or more will get a digital and hard copy of the book and $500 or more will get all of that plus a special mention in the book.
