Please let’s Help Emiel Fight Cancer

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals who have had the opportunity to meet Emiel. He is a 2-year-old boy who is full of life, laughter, and joy. Emiel enjoys singing, dancing, and engaging in playtime with his peers. Emiel also enjoys seeing his sister play basketball and enjoys cheering her on rebounds. Emiel loves to snuggle, hug, and blow kisses. He is a happy and sweet boy, and we love him so much.

On December 2023, Emiel was brought to the hospital due to constipation and a very extended belly. Due to his stomach being so extended, an ultrasound was conducted on December 12, 2023. On that day, I was notified that Emiel has a big Mass on his pelvis that looked like a tumor. Emiel was admitted to the Hospital for 12 days, and throughout our stay, Emiel, had various of tests done and a Biopsy. When the Biopsy result came back, I was notified that Emiel had a Malignant tumor called Rhabdomyosarcoma and that the cancer has metastasized to his lung and stomach. Emiel will need Chemo every week for 1 year 1/2 and blood infusion as needed due to the aggressive Chemo he is receiving. After Chemo, Emiel will need radiation and surgery to remove the tumor. As Emiel's mom, it breaks my heart to see my youngest child's smile shattered from the pain and all the procedures he has gone through in 12 days.

I cannot believe my little boy has CANCER. Even with the devastating news we are counting our blessings and praying to god for Emiel's Health and recovery.

I'm creating this gofund account to help with all of Emiel's expenses such as food, gas, traveling back and forth to the hospital, and the immense financial burden on my family.
