Help Support My Sister Bea & the Bounnhasith-Phasavath Family
Venmo @bbounnhasith
Update 7-22-25. Unfortunately my sister did not make it through the night. Her heart was not strong enough. I am going to keep this open since now her husband and girls are having to make funeral arrangements. We appreciate the shares and donations.
Hi everyone,
My name is Noy, and I’m writing this with a heavy heart to ask for your help and prayers. My sister, Bea Bounnhasith-Phasavath, is currently in the ICU in critical condition. Our family is still in shock, and we are doing everything we can to stay strong and support her.
Just a few weeks ago, Bea was diagnosed with an enlarged heart. Around the same time, she developed pneumonia and had been trying to recover at home. But on Friday, July 18th, things took a terrifying turn. Bea suddenly lost feeling in her legs, and her husband immediately called an ambulance. She was rushed to the hospital and admitted straight into the ICU.
Doctors discovered that Bea’s heart was under extreme stress and not circulating blood properly, which caused major blood clots to form in both of her legs. The medical team was able to clear the clots, but her condition had already become critical. Bea is now hooked up to multiple machines supporting her heart, lungs, and other major organs. She remains in the ICU, fighting.
Bea is a loving wife and the devoted mother of three beautiful girls. She’s the heart of their home—the kind of mom who shows up to everything, gives her girls unconditional love, and makes their lives brighter with her laughter and warmth. Right now, she is unable to work, and her husband has been at her side every single day, doing everything he can to hold the family together during this unimaginable time.
We’re starting this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial stress they’re facing. With medical bills piling up and both Bea and her husband unable to work, the need is urgent. Every donation will go directly to her care and to helping their daughters stay safe and supported while their mom fights to get better.
If you’re able to give, we’re so thankful. And if you can’t, please consider sharing this and keeping Bea and the Bounnhasith-Phasavath family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for standing with us during this time.
With love,
Noy
