Please help..kitchen ceiling collapsed in storm

Hello everyone, my name is Shawna and I am setting this go fund me up for my sister Roberta who is a single mom who has MS and her son Kaden who is autistic. On Sunday October 8th I got a frantic call from my sister that her kitchen ceiling was collapsing in and she was terrified. My son and I got there as fast as we could to see chunks of gyprock falling down on top of her kitchen table and water pouring everywhere. Her and her son were terrified. Her son is 14 and is autistic and loud sounds really frighten him. Such a huge mess. So going back a bit, as we all remember Fiona...it damaged her roof and the facia. Fast forward a bit...she had an appraiser into asses the damage. So he put his report in and said someone will contact her. Well no one has. She has called and called and each time they tell her that someone will contact her but no one does. So over these last very wet few months its been getting worse. She was seeing bubbles in the paint and on the walls...she has taken pics and sent them to that same appraiser. He forwarded them to the people who he sent his recommendations to. So they finally called her today but they are only giving her so much and told her she has to pay the rest out of pocket. She doent have insurance right now due to other circumstances and isnt working because its a 24/7 job taking care of her son and herself. If people know anything about MS its not to be over stressed because that can aggravate it even worse. She is my big sister and it kills me that I have no means to help her. She always is there for anyone who ever needs her and does everything she can to help even if it is just lending an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. She has even opened her home to people if they had no where to live until they got one their feet. So I am asking if you could make somewhat of a donation it would be so appreciated.
