Please help Zavier get the medical equipment he needs

Hi my name is bronwyne I'm 28 years old

zaviers mother

Little back story on zavier

Zavier was diagnosed with severe autism level 3 when he was 3years old

He is also non verbal and has adhd

Zav is currently 10 years old and started suffering from seizures in 2023

Zavier has recently been diagnosed with a nocturnal epilepsy in 2024 zavier is suffering from severe long tonic clonic seizures /focal seizures in his sleep and now is also currently being looked at for another form of a seizure that occurs during the day with the neurologist at Brisbane children's hospital / paediatrician

I have to rely on myself to wake up in time to help him early hours of the morning /night

and just pray to god i hear him in his sleep every night ,which is a very scary situation for any parent to go through every night especially while being asleep and having your child have a epileptic seizures and not being aware

We don't have alot of support systems in place or anything at home to alert us with seizures, help myself keep zavier more safe with seizures activity in his sleep and around the home and during the day.

Zavier is also non verbal so communication when he needs help is very difficult when something is not right with him he can not communicate if something isn't right all the time or the feeling of "feeling off" prior to a seizure occurring as he is non verbal

I'm a fulltime carer/ single mum and don't have supports in the home i also try to work on the side during the day to provide as much as I can for my child's needs and its alot to juggle ontop of being on night watch alot and never getting a decent night sleep

every night ontop of zaviers everyday needswith his autism and his weekly appointments such a occupational therapy speech therapy physio therapy and behavioural therapy

I can not sleep at night from the stress and anxiety of his seizures i can not eat alot of days and trying to keep my son safe I'm absolutely exhausted and drained from the fear of trying to always keep him safe at night and really struggling as a mother

zavier also attends several appointments every week aswell for his autism most of my time is dedicated to caring for zavier

my child needs medical equipment right now to keep him safe which is very expensive For us to afford to help with

monitoring him in his sleep to alert and set alarms off of when he is seizing in his sleep and have cameras around the house to monitor him through out the day with seizure activity

We also believe i have possibly missed or been late on waking up on his seizures in his sleep which is very dangerous/ life threatening for zavier.

Zavier just had another recent tonic clonic seizure that lasted upto 20 minutes early hours of the morning which is what pushed me to do this as i dont know when he actually starting seizing before i woke up to him which has possibly happened more then i know and he is really needing equipment to help us monitor him in the night for his safety and alert myself and anyone with zavier in his sleep as I'm really struggling to keep up of a night time with these seizure activity its been really hard
